Acceptance and Contract
Prices
All prices displayed on our website apply specifically to online orders and may be updated at any time without prior notice. An order is confirmed only once payment has been received and the items have been dispatched. If any errors occur in pricing or if there are changes from our suppliers, we may contact you to confirm the order before it is fulfilled. All prices shown include VAT.
Availability
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. You may choose to accept a substituted item or have the item removed from your order.
If a replacement item has a different price, you will be charged the lesser amount. If substitution is not possible, the item will be removed and its value deducted from the order total.
While we make every effort to ensure accuracy when assembling your order, occasional mistakes may occur. If products completely different from those ordered are dispatched, we may offer a partial refund or, if unacceptable, ask you to return the item to us using the most economical method. Once received in resaleable condition, a full refund of the purchase price and return postage will be issued. We do not guarantee resending the original item. This decision will be made by Management and will be final.
Product packaging may vary depending on batches, and the website images may not always reflect the most current packaging.
Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided on the completed order form. We reserve the right to charge for any additional carriage costs if an incorrect address is submitted. Until your order is dispatched, you may contact us to update your delivery details.
Courier drivers may not be familiar with all addresses. If the delivery location is difficult to find, please provide instructions in the order notes at checkout. Dispatch confirmation and tracking details will be sent via email or text message. If you don't see the notification in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.The recipient is responsible for monitoring tracking information and notifying us if delivery has not occurred within 24 hours of the stated time.
The recipient must ensure the parcel can be received or left in a safe location. Undelivered packages may be taken to a courier depot for collection. Redelivery or Saturday delivery may incur additional charges. Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or non-collection will be eligible for a refund of non-perishable goods, minus return delivery charges and any applicable surcharges.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Thai Street Market Ltd accepts no responsibility for inconvenience or loss caused by delivery delays and cannot refund delivery charges due to late delivery. Orders cancelled or refused due to late delivery will be handled according to the cancellation and returns terms.
We typically dispatch ready-to-ship orders within 3 to 5 working days. If dispatch is delayed beyond 5 working days, we will notify you by email.
Orders received by 3:00 pm are eligible for next working day dispatch. Orders received after this time will be scheduled for dispatch on the following day. Next Working Day delivery refers to the day after dispatch, not the day the order is placed.
Frozen products are available via click and collect only.
Cancellation and Returns
Grocery Orders
You have the right to cancel your grocery shop order with us within 24 hours after your order has been placed and before we dispatch your order. A refund of the purchase price of non-perishable goods will be made to the original payment method within 7 to 14 days. Standard cancellation conditions apply regardless of the reason for cancellation.
You may return grocery items at any time from the day of dispatch up to 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, or in the same condition in which they were received. Contact us before returning or rejecting any item. Items returned without prior notice may not be refunded and may incur a return delivery charge.
Upon receipt of non-perishable goods in resaleable condition, we will refund the purchase price, excluding delivery charges, within 7 to 14 days.
Perishable items such as fresh and frozen goods are not refundable in the event of cancellation or return.
If grocery items arrive damaged or spoiled, claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide your order number (invoice), a minimum of three photos per damaged item, and a clear explanation of the issue.
If goods are dispatched but not yet delivered, or if you wish to reject goods at delivery, you must contact us with your original order number. Refunds in such cases may be subject to return delivery charges.
Goods may be returned via Post Office, personal courier, or directly to our shop. You are responsible for goods until we receive them and are also responsible for return delivery charges.
Faulty or damaged non-perishable items must be returned before a refund is issued. Upon inspection, if the item is deemed faulty or unfit for consumption, we will refund both the product cost and return postage.
Rejected deliveries must be reported by phone or email. Items remain your responsibility until received by us. Return charges apply unless items are confirmed as faulty upon return.
Thai Lunch Box, Boba Teas & Desserts
You have the right to cancel your order for Thai Lunch Box, Boba Teas, and Desserts within 10 minutes after payment. Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of these items, cancellation must occur immediately after purchase.
Perishable items such as fresh meals, desserts, and drinks are non-refundable once they have been prepared or dispatched.
If any items are found to be faulty or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You will need to provide your order number, a clear explanation of the issue, and relevant photos. All claims will be reviewed in line with our product refund procedure.
Refund Processing Time
To receive a refund for a returned or cancelled order, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your payment card or bank statement. If the refund does not appear after this period, we recommend contacting Wix Customer Support for further assistance.
